Your First Step
New to yoga? We recommend starting with our Mindful Hatha classes. They are slower-paced and focus on fundamental alignment, helping you build a strong and safe foundation for your practice. Look for them in the morning and evening.

Deepen Your Flow
Ready to challenge yourself? Our Vinyasa Flow classes offer dynamic sequences that will test your strength and endurance. These classes are designed to help you explore more advanced postures in a safe, supportive environment.

Unwind and Restore
Feeling stressed or tight? Our Restorative Yin classes are your sanctuary. Using props to fully support your body, you'll hold gentle poses for longer periods, allowing for deep release in your muscles and connective tissues. It's the ultimate reset for mind and body.
Studio Etiquette
- Arrive on time to respect the class and fellow students.
- Please silence your mobile phone before entering the practice room.
- Stay for the entire class, including the final relaxation (Savasana).
- Keep conversations quiet in the lounge area to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Everything You Need
We believe your focus should be on your practice, not on logistics. That's why we provide everything you need for a comfortable and fulfilling session, including high-quality mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters. Just bring yourself and a willingness to explore.
Our Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for everyone in our community, we've established a clear and fair booking policy. We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to be flexible while also respecting our instructors' time and other students' ability to book.
You can cancel any class booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without any charge or loss of a class credit. This gives us enough time to offer the spot to another student on the waitlist. Cancellations made within the 4-hour window will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of the class credit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
