A Class Pack gives you a set number of classes (e.g., 10) that you can use anytime before they expire, offering great flexibility. An Unlimited Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that allows you to attend as many classes as you wish. If you plan to practice twice a week or more, the Membership offers the best value.
Yes, our 10 Class Packs have a validity of 6 months from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of flexibility to fit your practice into a busy schedule. We find this also encourages a consistent practice, which is key to seeing progress and benefits from yoga.
Absolutely. We understand that life happens. You can pause your monthly Unlimited Membership once per calendar year for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days. Please provide us with at least one week's notice via email to arrange the suspension.
Our cancellation policy is firm but fair. You can cancel any booked class up to 4 hours before it starts without any charge or loss of credit. Cancellations made within that 4-hour window will result in the loss of the class credit. This ensures that other students on the waitlist have a chance to join.
Our Intro Offer is a one-time purchase available only to new students. It gives you access to a set number of classes at a highly discounted rate, allowing you to experience our different styles and instructors. It's the perfect way to begin your journey at Serene Spirit Yoga. This offer is valid for one month from the date of your first class.
Yes, we are happy to support our community. We offer a 15% discount on our 10 Class Packs and Unlimited Memberships for full-time students, seniors (65+), and active yoga teachers. Please present a valid ID at the studio to redeem your discount. This discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
